I didn’t know what I wanted to be when I was younger, I just knew I was different. I had a lot of low expectations around me growing up and I went on to beat all of those expectations.

I was racially attacked and suffered a fractured jaw. I required two titanium plates to be screwed to my mandible. I was on a liquid ‘diet’ and lost a substantial amount of weight. Less than seven months later I was brutally attacked and stabbed nine times, I was eighteen years old.

Where others may have given up, I set out to provide a solution, it became personal to me. Eighteen years on and here we are today. They say knowledge is power so I set out to expand my knowledge. I am always looking to expand my knowledge in the pursuit of understanding optimal health and wellness.

When people ask me what my greatest attribute is, it’s quite simple really, it is the ability to provide individuals with optimal health.

You are powerful enough to create the person you want to become, I am here to help you become that individual. You can be anything you want, you can do anything you want, you are powerful beyond measure.

I have the confidence in my knowledge that no stone shall be left unturned. I am here to help you be the best version of you.

I have always had a passion of how the human body operates. Having studied medical physiology, I had an exceptional opportunity to study the complex anatomy and detailed function of the human body in both health and disease. Playing sports from an early age, I know what it takes to achieve an optimum level and it reflects in my training philosophy of how I train and how I train my clients.

However, I wanted to find different ways to improve my performance and also clients' performances, so I took to the opportunity to add to my knowledge to study sports massage therapy. I discovered that sports massage promotes flexibility, reduces fatigue, improves endurance, helps prevent injuries and prepares their body and mind for optimal performance.

 

I believe that health is wealth and everyone should strive to be the best version of them. My aim is to change your outlook on quality exercise and leading a healthy lifestyle whilst acting as your motivator, supporter and educator.
